This is the abandoned firehouse that is the Heater's main meeting place. Some people use this place to crash for the night.

Mutual territory. Best movie theatre in the city. Nothing is allowed to go down here.

BIOHAZARD is the Heater's club. They don't own it, but it is their territory. No outsider enters.
